As a 40+ woman, I have had my fair share of challenges. Having learnt some valuable lessons during the process, I created this platform to inspire those who are ready to join the journey of rediscovery, reinvention, and unshakeable courage, at any age.

Body
When life interrupts, we learn the hard way. Reviving my Personal Training knowledge I once acquired, I am getting back into shape at 47. Here, I’m documenting my fitness journey to inspire and help yours.
Mind
Life can be tough. So, we have to become tougher. Powering through life on my own, I stumbled so many times that I lost count. But I stood up, stronger, every time. And I want you to believe that you can do the same. Let the world hear you roar!

Nutrition & Wellness
Luckily, following a seemingly right meal plan comes naturally to me. Instead of following a strict diet, I believe in balanced nutrition, topped up with quality supplements if and when necessary. Look out for tips and suggestions in this section!
Rest & Recovery
My sleep has improved since I’ve left my 9-5 and long commute (of over two decades). After the experience left me sleep-deprived and with a messed up metabolism, I explored much-needed stress management & self-care rituals. More details soon.
